Baumhower’s Victory Grille
This is an interior build-out of a former furniture store located in the Tanger Outlet. Construction included extensive demolition, including total slab removal and the removal of all interior walls and finishes.
The build-back consists of metal stud walls, FRP, subway tiles, exposed ceilings in patron areas, acoustical ceilings in back-of-house areas, custom graphic wallpaper, aluminum storefront entry doors and windows, polished and dyed concrete floors in patron areas, and quarry tile floors and base in the back-of-house. The interior also includes extensive custom millwork at the main bar and sales areas, with natural slate skin installed in a “rainfall” pattern.
The kitchen equipment, walk-in cooler, oven with integral hood, and Ansul system were also installed by the construction team. New canopies, exterior painting, and building signage were provided on the exterior.
Site work involved creating a captivating outdoor patron area with bistro lighting, big-screen TVs, artificial turf cornhole areas, and new landscaping and sidewalks. At the rear of the building, a new enclosed dumpster area and new grease waste and grease basins were installed in the existing parking lot.
Total construction time was 6 months and 1 week. A generated savings of $16,887 was returned to the owner at project completion in the form of added requested work items.
